These artists will take part in the Festival’s annual “Rencontres internationales” public interview series. The FIBD will take place January 29 through February 1 in Angoulême, France.
Bill Kartalopoulos teaches comics at the New School University, is the Programming Director of SPX: The Small Press Expo, and writes about comics for Print Magazine. He recently curated Kim Deitch: A Retrospective at MoCCA. He is available for freelance writing, editing, public speaking and teaching assignments and can be reached at kartalopoulos-AT-gmail.
